With the gradual growth of the company’s output and the continuous expansion of domestic and foreign markets, the original plant of YS company can no longer meet the needs of the company‘s rapid development . In order to improve the production environment, increase production capacity and improve product quality, YS company invested in the construction of a new workshop in the high-tech zone industrial park at the beginning of this year, covering an area of about 800 square meters, mainly for the production of diesel fuel injectors and injector parts.
The new plant include production workshop, assembly workshop, large warehouse, measurement and testing room, technology center, etc.
The company’s traditional products such as Euro 2 fuel injectors(nozzle and holder assembly), fuel injector nozzles, injector spacers, injector springs, injector pressure pins and other parts, as well as fuel injection pumps and accessories are still produced in the original workshop. Common rail fuel injectors and their accessories, injector control valves, common rail nozzles, injector body, armatures, etc. will all be moved into the new workshop for production next year.
After the completion of the new plant, the overall expansion of production and transformation and upgrading of the enterprise will be realized, and the brand image will be fully upgraded. Through the digital management of the production process, improve the production level of the enterprise, standardize the entire production process, ensure the high quality of products, and meet the needs of domestic and foreign markets.
